Joyce Ann Green passed away on September 12, 2019 at home surrounded by loving family members.  Joyce was born on February 8, 1942 to her parents, Oscar Altice Lindsey and Bessie Velma Givens-Lindsey in Bowie, Texas.

Joyce will be dearly missed by all that knew her and her memory will remain in their hearts forever.  Joyce will be lovingly remembered as “Granny” by many, but a mother to all.  She had a very strong and determined personality with a compassionate and caring heart.

Joyce will be deeply and lovingly missed by her devoted husband of 56 years, George Green; her daughters, Shelia Beadle and husband Edward, Susan Rios and husband Serge, and Gina McBeth and husband Edward; her grandchildren, Tony, Shaylan, Stephanie, Bradley, George, Cady, Lindsey, and their spouses; her fourteen great grandchildren; her sisters, Wanda and Janet and husband Tommy; her numerous nieces and nephews; her step children, Renee Conyers and husband Clinton, and Johnny Green and wife Yvonne; along with other loving family members and dear friends.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, her three brothers, her sister; as well as two great grandchildren.

A Gravside Service will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, September 16, 2019 at Azleland Cemetery and Memorial Park, 850 North Cardinal Road, Azle, Texas 76020
