Linda Naomi Carter went to be with the Lord on November 4th, 2019 in Saginaw, Texas. Linda was born on September 9th, 1958 to her parents, John Mitchell and Peggy Fry in Tampa, Florida. Linda had 3 siblings growing up in a military family, John Mitchell, Glenn Mitchell and Sheila Sandwich. She will survived by her husband of 31 years, Michael Carter, daughter, Mary Jeffrey, son, Patrick Jeffrey and wife, Ashley Jeffrey. Her daughter, Laura Russell and husband, Mark Russell and daughter, Shannon Carter. Lastly, her grandchildren, Seth Jeffrey, Ian Jeffrey and Elizabeth Russell. Linda will be deeply and lovingly missed by many loving family members and friends.
