1950 - 2019

Linda Darnell Martin-Wiggins was born May 16, 1950 in Fort Worth, Texas to her parents Haskell and Peggy Levon Crane-Martin.  Linda returned to her Lord and Savior on June 25, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Linda married the love of her life, Ronnie Lee Wiggins on November 19, 1988.  Together they shared thirty-one years of life and love together.  Linda traveled and ministered in song with the Uplifters Band for 17 years.  She loved the Lord with all her heart and shared his love with everyone she came in contact with.  She didn’t just preach his word she lived it daily.  Linda worked for Longhorn Cleaners in Saginaw part time but she used that little job more as a platform to spread God’s love than she did for any other reason.  It gave her a stage to spread God's word and her customers loved her dearly. Linda enjoyed collecting and she was especially fond of collecting tea pots and porcelain dolls.  Linda was like most people and loved to travel but her real passion was spending time with her family.  She was an incredibly loving wife, mother and grandmother.  

  Linda is survived by her husband, Ronnie Wiggins; her children, Shawn and Tara Wiggins; Jason and Cathy Wiggins; Natalie and Chris Messick and Morgan Wiggins. Linda leaves behind the grandchildren she so treasured:  Kristina, Zach, Devin, Grayson, Mason, Matthew, Colton, Lawson, Liam and Analise.  Linda is also is survived by her loving sisters: Sharon Paulson and her husband Merle; Karen Dixon and her husband Ed. Linda also leaves her wonderful sister-in-laws: Euleta Martin and Darlene Martin. Linda was loved by many more extended members of her family including a host of nieces and nephews along with countless friends.

 Linda was preceded in death by her parents Haskell and Peggy Martin along with her two brothers, Charles Martin and Larry Martin.

While the family is greatly saddened by their loss, they wish for everyone to come help them celebrate a life very well lived and to rejoice for Linda's reunion with her Lord and Savior in her new home in the Kingdom of Heaven.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Roberts Family Affordable Funeral Home at 5025 Jacksboro Highway from 5 pm - 8 pm.  Everyone is invited to come and share time with the family.  A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Harvest Christian Center at 880 N. Main in Keller, TX at 6 pm.
