Alfred Cuellar Martinez Jr. 1934 ~ 2018 Alfred C. Martinez Jr. passed away on February 11, 2018 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Alfred was born in Hamlin, Texas to his parents, Alfred Martinez Sr. and Ramona Cuellar on February 24, 1934. Alfred was a very loving, giving and caring man, though he was always known to be very blunt and never hold back on his words, he was very humorous and sarcastic man. Alfred was a very homely person, he preferred being at home, reading the paper, watching movies rather than spending a night out in the city. Alfred also was very proud of his time in the military for he fought in the Korean War, anytime he had the chance, he'd talk about his time in the service. Alfred enjoyed attending church and he really liked being a part of it. He loved his grandchildren and his kids, and being close to his wife. Even through the rough times that they had, the two always talked. No matter what the circumstances were, they always remained in contact. Love was always there. Alfred is survived by his brothers; Joel Martinez and James Martinez, his children; Gilbert Martinez, Thelma Martinez, Alfred Martinez and his wife, Rosa Martinez, Joyce Rodriguez and her husband, Paul Rodriguez, Sylvia Morales and her husband, Danny Morales. Alfred also leaves behind his grandchildren; Josephine Cardenas, Fidel Martinez, Joe Lee Martinez, Yolanda Martinez, Alfred Martinez, Sonja Martinez, Joanna Martinez, Veronica Martinez, Amelia Garcia, Anthony Martinez, Amanda Martinez, Jaylin Archie, Jonathan Hernandez, Mia Morales and Ava Morales. Alfred is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Martinez Sr. and Ramona Cuellar, his sister Raquel Contreras. Visitation will be held at the Lamb of God Church at 10 a.m. on February 14, 2018 located at 3615 Maurice Avenue Ft. Worth, TX 76111
