Allie Mae Johnson 1941 - 2018 Allie Mae Johnson passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on May 14, 2018. Allie was born to her parents, Lovie Mathis and Effie Mae Clark on October 28, 1941 in Flatonia, Texas. Though the family is saddened by their loss, they rejoice in her Home Going. Allie Mae grew up in Alvarado along with her brothers and sisters. Allie Mae always put others ahead of herself. She had a passion for taking care of others and worked in healthcare for many years. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking. Allie Mae was a very supportive mother. Her grandchildren will remember their strong and caring granny, who loved to dance. She enjoyed listening to Rhythm and Blues and playing cards and dominos. She will truly be missed by all that knew her. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Butler; her daughter, Mona Carey and husband Jivuna; her sons, Earthly Johnson and wife Nancy, Sammy Clark, Robert Hogan and wife Vickie, Casey Johnson and Stephanie and Antwan Johnson; her grandchildren, Clarissa Nichols, Kendra Johnson, Shataura Johnson, Courtney Nichols, Darius Atkins, Diamond Hogan, Justice Hogan, Kenneth Carey, Deion Clark, Nathan Johnson, Dominique Johnson, Alyssa Johnson, Breanna Johnson, Darion Johnson, Robert Hogan Jr, Destiny Hogan, Brooklynn Wells, Jicobian Ford, Jalanesse Ford, Jivuna Ford Jr, Jaivion Ford, Jaelob Ford; Seventeen loving great grandchildren; Her sisters, Thelma Houston and Florence Clark. Numerous nieces and nephews along with many other loving family members and friends.
