Amanda Davila Galvez

1981 - 2021

On Monday, January 11th, 2021, Amanda Davila Galvez, loving mother, daughter, wife and sister passed away at the age of 39.

Born to Michael and Diane on Labor Day September 7th, 1981 in Fort Worth, Texas. Amanda gave birth to two beautiful children, Celeste and Andrew Martinez, whom she loved more than anything.

If you knew Amanda, you knew that there was one word to describe her, loyal. She always had your back no matter the situation or what she needed to say or do. She was known for not having a filter or caring what anybody thought about her. She lived her life to the fullest regardless of whatever obstacles she faced. She enjoyed trying new foods and watching new movies. And if you followed her on Facebook, you knew that crazy girl enjoyed making her Facebook friends laugh day in and day out.

Amanda was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Damacio Cervantez, and Evaristo Davila and her uncle Daniel Cervantez.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Galvez. Her two children, Celeste and Andrew Martinez. Parents, Diane and Eddie Duran and Michael Davila. Grandmothers, Mary Cervantez and Mercedes Davila. Siblings, Zeke and Gracie Davila, Maya, Eva, Nana, and Eddie Duran II and Mikie Jo Davila. Amanda had numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own!

A visitation will be held at the Roberts Family Affordable Funeral Home Chapel on Monday January 18th, 2021 from 1:00pm-200pm. A Funeral Service will follow the visitation from 2:00-3:00pm. Burial will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Amanda will be missed deeply and never forgotten.
