Amelia Parra 1962 - 2017 Amelia Parra passed away May 4, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas. Amelia was born October 10, 1962 to her parents, Leonel Parra and Tomasa Contreras in Ballinger, Texas. Amelia and her seven other siblings grew up in San Angelo, Texas. Amelia loved her family. She had a big heart and helped anyone who needed it. She was very hard working and had a wonderful sense of humor. Amelia was very social and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed sports. Her favorite teams included the Cowboys, Rangers, TCU and the Longhorns. Amelia was very honorable and always kept her word. She was a good person to talk to and gave great advice. We will hold her memory in our hearts forever. Amelia is survived by her daughter, Ashley Parra and her husband, Raymond along with her grandsons Christian and Michael. Amelia is also survived by her brother, Johnny and his wife Dinorah; her brother, Jesus and his wife, Sara; her sister Evangelina and her husband Michael; her sister, Patricia and husband Manuel; Mary Ann and her husband Lester; her sister Lynne and her husband, Javier. Amelia is survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with other loving family members and friends.
