Angel Alberto Reyes-Zepeda
2008 - 2017
Angel Alberto Reyes-Zepeda was born August 28, 2008 in Reno, Nevada. Angel was a giving and loving child. He loved his family and strived to make it his daily goal to see them happy. Family meant everything to Angel and he was incredibly close to his brother, Isaac, whom he loved dearly and Angel always felt lucky to have the world's best parents, Bessy and Joel.
Angel was like a lot of boys, he loved climbing trees, getting dirty from playing so hard and just acting like a boy acts and doing the things that boys love to do. Angel was a very charismatic young boy and easily engaged others and was a very social person. Like most boys, he was very much about super-heroes. His favorite super-hero is Spiderman and Angel collected anything with Spiderman's image on it. He especially loved the stuffed toys with Spiderman's image and was crazy about the Spiderman movies.
Angel was in the 2nd grade and attended Watauga Elementary School where he was very fond of his teacher, Ms. Weaver.
Angel left this world on November 17, 2017 at the age of nine. While his time spent on this earth was far too short, Angel's time here was very well spent. Angel touched and impacted many, many lives and his presence on this earth will be remembered with a wonderful legacy.
Angel is survived by his parents, Bessy and Joel Reyes; his brother, Isaac Reyes; his grandmother, Sylvia Reyes; his grandfather, Juan Reyes; his grandmother, Sandra Hernandez; his aunts, Dunia Rivera, Tania Zepeda and Evelyn Zepeda; and his uncles, Juan A. Reyes and David Rivera. Angel also leaves behind many other loving family members and friends.
Angel will have a visitation on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Azleland's Funeral Chapel followed by a graveside funeral service at Azleland Cemetery. While the family is heartbroken and greatly saddened from the loss of Angel, they wish for everyone to come celebrate his life and remember that his life was a testament of the joy for everyone that he met and touched.
