Anita Louise Martin 1959-2016 Anita Martin of Fort Worth, TX died peacefully on July 21, 2016. Anita was born to her parents, Jesse D. Newman and Anna Louise Amos on September 25, 1959 in Washington, DC. Anita worked as a dispatch operator for city works where she brought laughter and joy to everyone she came in contact. Anita had previously worked at Texas Commerce Bank for 12 years where she was Senior Vice President in Longview, TX. Anita never met a stranger and was a very active wife and daughter. Anita was very strong willed, as determination and grit were only a few of her personality traits. Family meant everything to Anita, always spending her time with them. Anita had an wonderful family and was proud of each and every one of them. Anita is survived by her husband, David Scott Martin, son, John Michael Martin and wife Christina, daughter, Anna Harrison, granddaughter, Rose Martin, sisters; Beverly Freed, Gloria Brown and husband Page, brother, Paul Newman, nephew, Jason Brown, niece, RachelArmstrong and along with other loving family members and friends While the family is greatly saddened by Anita's leaving this earth, they rejoice and celebrate her new beginning with our Lord and Savior in her new home in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
