Betty Lee Winters (1962-2016) Betty Lee Winters was born on October 10, 1962, in Niagra Falls, New York, to her parents, Eli and Carol, and returned to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on January 11, 2016. Betty is survived by her husband, Todd Winters, and her children, Erica Lee Winters, and Matthew Garrett Winters. A memorial service will be held be held at Fellowship United Methodist Church on Friday, January 15, 2016, at 1:00 PM. Betty will be truly and deeply missed, but never forgotten, as we will always hold her dearly in our hearts.
