Billy Ray Taylor 1973 - 2016 Billy Ray Taylor of Springtown, TX passed away on July 2, 2016. Billy was born on October 23, 1973 to his parents, Donald Earl Taylor and Patricia N. Dula in Denver, Colorado. Billy worked many years as a maintenance supervisor where he brought joy and laughter to everyone he came in contact with. Billy never met a stranger and was a very active and energetic son. Billy was very strong willed, as determination and grit were only a few of his personality traits. Family meant everything to Billy, always spending his time with them. Billy had a big family and each and every one of them was proud of him. Billy is survived by his father, Donald Earl Taylor and many other loving family and friends. While the family is greatly saddened by Billy's leaving this earth, they rejoice and celebrate his new beginning with our Lord and Savior in his new home in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
