Brian George Pitney 1960 ~ 2017 Brian George Pitney went to be with our Lord and Savior on February 9, 2017 in Springtown, Texas. Brian was born in Pacific Grove, California on May 12, 1960 to his parents, Louis Arthur Pitney and Norma Lillian Burrell. Brian grew up in California. Brian, being a smart, and inquisitive student, did well in school. Brian was even awarded an oceanography course. Brian later moved to Texas for better opportunities in life. Brian had a passion for music and enjoyed playing the drums. Brian loved cars and continued to work as a mechanic. There wasn't anything Brian couldn't figure out on a car. Brian met the love of his life, Paula Lee McDonald in 1981. The two spent precious time together building memories and sharing happiness together. They later were married on April 1, 1982 in Azle, Texas. Brian and Paula raised two beautiful girls together, spending the rest of their lives together as a happy family. Brian was a light hearted man and loved to laugh. Brian was always a nice person and greeted all with a warmth that only he possessed. Brian had a lot of love for his family and friends and was a loving husband and father. Brian leaves behind his mother in law, Sharon McDonald; his daughter, April Pitney; his son in law, Larry Sullivan; his grandsons, Eric Pitney, Jeremiah Pitney and Jake Sullivan. Brian also leaves behind his sister, Jane Roberts along with many other loving family members and friends. Brian is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Pitney; his parents, Louis Pitney and Norma Burrell-Pitney; his daughter, Brandy Walls and his brothers, Michael Pitney and Richard Pitney.
