Verne "Buddy" Wilcox Jr. 1952-2016 Buddy Wilcox Jr. passed away October 14, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. Buddy was born October 3, 1952 to his parents Vern Charles Wilcox Sr. and Betty Jean Wilcox in Fort Worth, Texas. Buddy joined the Marine Corps on his eighteenth birthday and spent 35 years in the auto glass business where his talented skills were recognized by all who saw his work. Buddy loved riding his motorcycle, fishing, and cutting it up with his friends and family. Buddy leaves behind his wife of 34 years, Bird Wilcox, and his extended family, Kenney and Sandy Long of Weatherford, TX, Jimmy and Angel Bass of Granbury, TX, Heather Bass and husband Bryan Does of Fort Worth, TX, Larry Long, Travis Long and Shelly Deleon of Burleson TX, J.D and Terri Fisher of Fort Worth, TX and his inseparable companion, Lynndsey along with many other close friends. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents, Vern and Betty Wilcox; his uncle, Al Fisher; and his beautiful niece, Allison Long. Though we mourn the loss of Buddy, his soul will forever remain in our hearts. We will always love you.
