Carol was born on April 9, 1959, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to William Tilden Dobbins and Dorothy Jean Hendricks. From the very beginning, she carried within her a warmth and generosity that would define her throughout her life. She dedicated herself not only to her family but also to the well-being of others, living by the belief that kindness and compassion were among the greatest gifts one could offer. A woman of deep faith, Carol found great strength in her relationship with God. She was a devoted member of Water of Life Church in Fort Worth, Texas, where she nurtured her spirit and served as a beacon of love and encouragement to those around her. Her faith was not just something she spoke of—it was something she lived, evident in her selfless acts of charity. She had a heart for the less fortunate, often donating food and clothing to the homeless, always seeking to ease the burdens of those in need. Carol's joy was found in life's simple pleasures.
