Cassandra Spring Boddie

1973 - 2022

Cassandra S. Boddie, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 19, 2022, at her home. She was born June 3rd, 1973, in Lafayette, LA. Cassandra married Douglas M. Boddie in September 1995, in South Carolina. She was a stay at home mother, wife and grandmother. Cassandra truly lived life to the fullest enjoying the simple pleasures it had to offer such as reading a good book, baking, and sewing quilts for her loved ones. Cassandra had a great ability to make others laugh as well as make them feel seen and heard.

She was preceded in passing by her grandchild, Leo Xavier.

Cassandra will be deeply and lovingly missed by her husband, Douglas; five children, Darian (25), Destiny (27), Katelyn (29), Alexis (29), and Felicia (31); five grandchildren, Kennedi (4), Adelaid (4m), Lucas (5), and Jocelyn (10); and a host of extended family and friends.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Cassandra impacted are invited to join the family for visitation on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Chapel beginning at 1:00 PM with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 PM to reminisce, grieve, and support on another.
