Charles Steven Blackburn Charles Steven "Steve" Blackburn, 53, owner of Blackburn Portable Buildings and an expert carpenter, passed away, Friday, August 15, 2014. Mr. Blackburn is survived by his daughter's Jessica Starbuck of Clovis, NM and Carmen Blackburn of Fort Worth, TX He is also survived by his three brothers, Scott Blackburn of Princeton, TX, Guy Blackburn of Mesquite, TX and Kevin Blackburn of Tyler, TX. He has two sisters, Suzy Blackburn of Princeton, TX and Shannon Massie of Weatherford TX. He leaves four grandchildren, Stormie Starbuck, William Starbuck and Katelyn Starbuck of Clovis, NM and Benjamin Eli Castillo of Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Blackburn was preceded in death by his mother Peggy Sue Brown-Blackburn and his father Walter Scott Blackburn. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 19th at 9:30 a.m. at Azleland Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 Tuesday at Azleland Chapel. Committal to follow service. Arrangements are through AFFORDABLE BURIAL AND CREMATION OF FORT WORTH/ AZLELAND CEMETERY
