Obituary

Charles Richard Killingsworth "PEE WEE" August 18, 1938 ~ July 18, 2017 Charles Richard Killingsworth passed away on July 18, 2017. Charles was born on August 18, 1938 in Fort Worth, Texas to his parents, Ernest Charles Killingsworth and Estelle Lambert-Killingsworth. Charles served as a Samson Park Police Officer and later became a contractor. He loved horses and even competed in the rodeos up into the 90's. His grandkid's fondest memories of him were the early fishing trips before school, riding around in his hot rod, riding Chocolate the horse and going deep-sea fishing when grandpa caught the largest red snapper of the day. He would race his great-grand babies down the driveway on his scooter and take them for rides on his John Deere Mower. Charles referred to one of his grandchildren as his "watch dog" because they didn't leave his side when he was in the hospital. Charles enjoyed his electric scooter and was proud of the ramp his son built for him. He loved sitting under the pecan tree with Bullet, the family dog. Charles is survived by his sister, Dorothy Killingsworth; his sons, Charles Killingsworth and wife, Royia of El Reno, Oklahoma and Charley Killingsworth and wife, Jennifer of Reno, Texas; his step-sons, Hal Herron and wife, Devon of Saginaw, Texas and Cecil Herron and wife Christina of Springtown, Texas; his grandkids, Jerry Killingsworth and Charlia of El Reno, Oklahoma, Greg Killingsworth of Custer City, Oklahoma, Glori Killingsworth of El Reno, Oklahoma, Jaci Holguin of El Reno, Oklahoma, Whitney Killingsworth of Paradise, Texas, Lauren Martinez and Bobby of Reno, Texas along with Braydon, Chitty, Landon, Kahnon Arellano of Saginaw, Texas; his great-grandkids, Kyla, Asher and Axel Killingsworth of El Reno, Oklahoma, Athena and Remington Killingsworth of El Reno, Oklahoma, Brooklyn Killingsworth of Paradise, Texas along with many other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Estelle Killingsworth and his two older brothers Sunny and Bub. Charles will be dearly missed for his love of his family, his personality and his red neck humor.
