In Loving Memory of David Lee Karas

1961 - 2024

David Lee Karas, born January 23, 1961 in Phoenix, AZ, passed away October 1, 2024 in Fort Worth, with his two daughters by his side.

David dedicated his life to his family, finding joy in spending time with the ones he loved the most. He and his wife met in 1976, later marrying and having two children,

daughters Kortney and Sarah.

In his professional career, David worked diligently in the print industry, where he enjoyed a career that spanned over 40 years.

David had a fun personality and was often known as a unique and unforgettable character.

He is survived by his daughters, Kortney Reyes (husband, Chris Reyes) and Sarah Shain (husband, Chris Shain); grandchildren, Kaia Reyes, Jaxon Shain, and Lexi Shain; parents,

Farley and Marva Karas; siblings, Cindy Kuglin, Kae Parker, Colleen Wohlford, Diane Karas, and Scott Karas; and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandson, Corbin Reyes, and his wife, Patricia Karas, with whom he is no doubt ecstatic to be reunited with.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 PM.
