Derick Bryan Daniel
1967-2016
Derick Bryan Daniel passed away on September 2, 2016 in Grapevine, Texas. Derick was born July 26, 1967 to his parents, Cecil Clarence Daniel Jr. and Bobbie Louis Landrum- Daniel in Abilene, Texas.
Derick worked for the Tarrant County Hospital District Police Department. Derick was very patriotic as he was a dedicated public servant for twenty-two years in law enforcement. Derick served both the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department and the Tarrant County Hospital District. Derick was a boy scout leader that actively participated in teaching boys to be good scouts. Derick was a great cook, he never disappointed when it came to him being the one to prepare a family meal. Derick was a great father, very close to his kids, protective and supportive. Derick spent a lot of his time with his boys and was all about his family. Derick married the love of his life, Adriana Salazar on February 14, 1989 in Grand Prairie, Texas and was a loving husband until his passing.
Derick was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Clarence Daniel Jr. and Bobbie Louis Landrum-Daniel, and his brother, Michael Patrick Daniel.
Derick is survived by his wife, Adriana S. Daniel, his sons; Andrew Bryan Daniel, Spencer Ryan Daniel and Nikolas A. Daniel. Derick also leaves behind his brother, Cecil C. Daniel III and many other loving family members and friends.
While the family is deeply saddened by their loss, they glorify the reunion with his parents, and eternal father, our Lord and Savior in the kingdom of Heaven. The family wishes everyone to celebrate his memory and the life lived.
Services will be held September 16, 2016 at 2:15pm at the DFW National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
