Elaine Margaret Harpel-Sampson 1945-2016 Elaine Margaret Harpel-Sampson passed away September 30, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. Elaine was born November 9, 1945 to her parents, Henry Charles Sampson and Susan Richards in Bay City, Michigan. Elaine leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer Norwood along with many other loving family members and friends. Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Charles Sampson and Susan Richards. While the family is deeply saddened by their loss, they rejoice and celebrate Elaine's life, her memory and her reunion with her parents and our Eternal Father in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
