Eleanor Marie Bell 1956 - 2018 Eleanor Marie Bell went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 28, 2018. Eleanor was born on June 19, 1956 in Jackson, Georgia to her parents, Clifford Anderson Martin and Irene Hobbs. Eleanor was a motherly figure to anyone who came into her life. She loved making memories with her family and all the time spent together sharing love and laughter. Eleanor is survived by her loving husband, West Bell; her son, West Bell and wife Michelle; her grandchildren, Manuel Rincon, Christian Rincon, Chela Rincon, Tiffany Bell, Tilly Burgess, Cutter Bell; her great-grandchild, Kenna Rincon; her brother, Tim Martin; her sisters, Melinda Martin, Gail Herrin and husband Danny; many nieces and nephews; along with many other loving family members and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Irene Martin; her daughter, Tammie Bell; her granddaughter, Heather Rincon; her brothers, Butch Martin, Jimmy Martin, and Ronnie Martin.
