Esperanza Zapata 1974 ~ 2017 Esperanza Zapata passed away on November 3, 2017. Esperanza was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 1, 1974 to her parents, Martin Zapata and Maria J. Ramos. Esperanza loved pouring her heart into others. She worked in child care for about 11 years and stopped when it was time for her to care for her mother. She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially when they got together for the holidays. Esperanza was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews, getting to spend time with them made her happy. Esperanza will be missed for her huge heart and warm personality. Esperanza is survived by her brothers, Antonio Zapata and wife Teresa, Renaldo Zapata; her sisters, Olga Zapata, Juanita Zapata, Alicia Campos and husband Apolonio, Delmira Cantu and husband Johnny, Maria Luz Zapata, Leticia Salas and husband Humberto; her aunt, Clara Lopez; her uncle, Catarino Zapata Sr.; several nieces and nephews and her long-time friend, Jessica Ramon, along with many other loving family members and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Martin M Sr. and Maria J Zapata; her brothers, Martin Zapata Jr., Johnny Zapata; her niece, Valerie Ayala; and her brother-in-law Eslanislado Garcia.
