Herbert Bruce Cook was born in Beckley, West Virginia, on October 10, 1978, and returned to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on May 5, 2015 in Fort Worth, Texas. He met his wife and later married her on March 29, 2008 at Azle First Assembly of God, in Azle, Texas. Bruce was known as a distinguished and highly recognized police dispatcher. He was a lease processor for Texoma Land Consultants and an avid member of the vaping community. Bruce is survived by his wife, Bonnie Lynn Cook, of Azle, Texas. Bruce has many relatives and friends that he leaves behind; his aunt, Clydeen Pennartz, of Wichita Falls, Texas, his uncle and aunt, Phil and Beverly Stufflebeam, of Hewitt, Texas, a cousin, Ronnie Utzman, of Wichita Falls, Texas, his father-in-law, David Summa, and mother-in-law, Sissy Summa, of Azle, Texas, his brother-in-law, Shaun Summa, and sister-in-law, Shanna Summa, of Mustang, Oklahoma, his brother-in-law, Jason Summa, of Azle, Texas, his nieces, Bailey and Addison Summa, of Mustang, Oklahoma, and best friend, Bella Lynn. He also leaves behind his adoptive nieces and nephew, Maddison and Makena Reeves and Erin and Trevor Westerman, all of Azle, Texas. Bruce leaves behind a countless number of friends. Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Ted Douglas Cook, his mother, Charlotte Patricia Stufflebeam, his grandfather, Clyde Stufflebeam, and his grandmother, Frankie Mae Stufflebeam. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2015, under the direction of Roberts Family Affordable Funeral Home. Bruce will be greatly missed but never forgotten, as we will always hold him dearly in our hearts.
