Levi in Witchita County, Texas. Homer leaves behind his friend, Terri Pitts along with other loving family and friends. Homer is preceded in death by his parents, W.A Blagg and Anna B. Levi While the family is deeply saddened by Homer's leaving of this world, they rejoice and remember Homer's impact on them, his reunion with his parents and our Eternal Father and most importantly, the life lived.
