James Frank Fulcher 1946-2016 James Frank Fulcher passed away October 31, 2016 in Weatherford, Texas. James was born December 6, 1946 to his parents Clinton Fulcher and Ozella Fagan-Fulcher in Richland Springs, Texas. James worked as a commercial painter where his professionalism was recognized by all that saw his work and talented skills. James even painted the big zipper in the Cooks Children Hospital cafeteria. James brought laughter and joy to everyone he came in contact. James was a happy soul, never alone, James married the love of his life, Beverly Fulcher on March 11, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas. James never met a stranger and was a very active and energetic father and husband. Family meant everything to James, always spending his time with them. James is survived by his daughter, Karen Ginn, husband, Richard Ginn, his son, James Fulcher Jr., his grandchildren, Breann Ginn and Chandler Ginn. James also leaves behind his sister, Lynn Harvey along with numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. James is preceded in death by his parents, Clinton Fulcher and Ozella Fagan-Fulcher, his sisters; Faye Bardwell and Barbara Seibold. Though the family is deeply saddened by their loss, they know James memory will always be resting in their hearts as he does in his new home with our Lord and Savior and that he'll always be watching over them, beginning his new start in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven. A graveside service will be held December 2, 2016 3:00 pm at Azleland Cemetery located at 850 N.
