Jason Okeke King
1980 ~ 2018
Jason Okeke King of Fort Worth, Texas went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2018. Jason was born to his parents, Roosevelt King Sr. and La-Wanda Sue Davis in Fort Worth, Texas on March 18, 1980.
Jason was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, and a hardworking mechanic. He was always there for his family, providing and serving, he never failed to be of any help to anyone. Jason's passion was working on all types of motors, anything from dirt bikes or motorcycles to cars. He also loved fishing, cooking and eating pit BBQ. Jason just enjoyed spending his time hanging out with his family. Jason also liked to be heard from blocks away, blasting anything from chopped and screwed to country, he really enjoyed having loud music. One thing you could never forget about Jason was his humorous way of answering phone calls, he'd answer with, "King's Pool Haul, Eight Ball speaking" or "King's Rib Shack, we like it like that"! He also occasionally referred himself to be a hamburger connoisseur. Jason always had a way to make people laugh.
Jason leaves behind his wife, Dyana Bacy, his stepson, Brandon Little, his daughter, Jasmine Griffin, his son, Jason Okeke King Jr., his brother Roosevelt King Jr., his sister, Tanya King Kinslow, his brother, Brian King, his sister, Romeki Dillard, his brother, Edward Dillard, his sister, Clarissa Williams, his brothers, Randy Mukes and Mark King, his sister, Donna Faster, his brother, Dungeon Dillard and his sister, Gabrielle Nicole. Jason also leaves behind many loving family members and friends.
Jason is preceded in death by his father, Roosevelt King Sr., his brother, Kendrick Roach, his sister, Laquita Williams along with his grandparents from both sides.
Though we mourn the loss of the Jason, we celebrate and rejoice his memory and his beginning in his new home in the Kingdom of Heaven.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday July 12, 2018 at 11a.m at Forest Hill Church of Christ located at 3916 Forest Hill Circle Forest Hill, Texas 76140.
