Jimmy Lynn McNeely 1947 - 2018 Jimmy Lynn McNeely, 71, passed away on May 2, 2018 at his home in Poolville, Texas. Jimmy was born in Fort Worth, Texas to his parents, John T. McNeely and Bennie Jo on April 27, 1947. He was the second born child to a growing family. Jimmy's favorite occupation was truck driving. He worked for Stevens and Design Transportation, among others throughout his career. He spent some time working in electricity and the used car business. Jimmy enjoyed collecting knives and hats in his later years, and loved spending time with his family. Jimmy is survived by his sons, Jimmy Don McNeely and wife Sheri of Springtown, Texas, Bobby McNeely and wife Diane of Meridian, Texas, Cass McNeely of Azle, Texas, Tory McNeely of Springtown, Texas, Shane McNeely and wife Katie of Poolville, Texas, and Matt McNeely and wife Tiffany of Azle, Texas; his sisters, Elaine and husband Michael of Frisco, Texas, and Mona Kay of Saginaw, Texas; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Bennie McNeely; his brothers, Donald Graham, and Michael Scribner; his sister, Brenda McNeely.
