John Fredrick Dake (1961-2016) John Fredrick Dake was born on October 13, 1961 to his parents, Fredrick and Barbara, and returned to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on January 22, 2016. John is survived by his daughters, Jai Erin Rader-Feeley and Family, and Heather and Family. Services are to be held by family at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Tx Wednesday, February 3rd 2016 at 3:30 pm.
