Johnny Dale Neel Jr. November 10, 1993 ~ June 13, 2017 Johnny Dale Neel Jr., 23, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2017. Johnny was born on November 10, 1993 to Johnny Dale Neel and Rita Boen. Johnny will be remembered most for his dedication to family and friends. Johnny had a deep sense of compassion. He never failed to help anyone who was in need. He would be the one who would go the extra mile for you. Johnny had a very keen intellect and succeeded at everything he put his mind to. We will miss his love, his generosity, outgoing personality and laughter. Johnny is survived by his father, Johnny Neel Sr.; his step-mother, Cynthia Scott and husband Edward; his mother, Rita Boen; grandparents, Raymond and Danielle Neel; his sisters, Kayli Pilcher and husband Jesus Padilla, Athena Coble; his brothers, Noah Neel and Stephen Davis Jr.; his honorary uncle, Daniel Neel; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews along with other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sharon and Woody Pilcher along with Etta and James Boen.
