Joyce Marie Burnham 1943 - 2017 Joyce Marie Stein-Burnham was born July 30, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Mr. and Mrs. Billy Stein. Joyce was one of four children in the Stein household. Joyce and her husband, Lester James Burnham raised six children. Joyce was a very proud and loving mother to her children. Joyce was also very loving to her animals and she was known to be an animal whisperer. Joyce leaves behind her children: Debbie Sauceda of Mart, Texas; Tony Burnham of Mart, Texas; Theresa McPherson of Azle, Texas; Timothy Burnham of Azle, Texas; and Pamela Barden of Mart, Texas. Joyce also leaves her three sisters: Francis Johnson of Conroe, Texas; Louise Kent of New Caney, Texas and Elaine Gibson of Houston, Texas. Joyce is also survived by twenty grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other family members, as well as, many friends made over her life. The family is greatly saddened by their loss, but wish everyone to celebrate and rejoice her reunion with her parents, her husband Lester James Burnham and her son Leslie Burnham in her new home in The Eternal Kingdom of Heaven. The family wishes to invite everyone to a celebration of Joyce's life on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Visitation with open casket will begin at Noon followed by a traditional funeral service at 2 PM and interment into Azleland Cemetery at approximately 3:30 PM.
