Juana Olivia Esparza Valadez

Juana Valadez passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023, surrounded by her family, at the age of 86. She was born on August 24, 1936, to her parents, Antonio Esparza and Isabel Reyes in Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico.

She was a God-fearing woman who enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table with her husband while reading the Bible together. She was a beautiful light who was known for her outspokenness. She was always willing to help those in need, loved to feed everyone who came into her home, and was a mother who planted the love of Jesus into her children and grandchildren.

Juana was preceded in death by her son, Juan and his wife, Evette; her granddaughter Alicia and her son, Juan; her son-in-law, Adarryl Allen; her parents, and 2 sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 72 years Esteban Valadez; her daughter Ellie Caputo and husband, Gary; her son Paul Valadez and wife, Linda; her son Steve Valadez Jr. and wife, Dede; her son, Rudy Valadez and wife, Sandra; her daughter, Jema Valadez Allen; 15 grandkids, 23 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Roberts-Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.
