Kenneth Ray Boucher 1936 ~ 2018 Kenneth Ray Boucher passed away on July 5, 2018 in Weatherford, Texas. Kenneth was born in Henrietta, Texas to his parents, Roy Eliasha Boucher and Jesse Melissa Williams on March 8, 1936. Kenneth is survived by his son, Rick Alan Boucher along with many other loving family members and friends. Services are to be in care of the family.
