Laurelle Sharp Morris 1924 - 2017 Laurelle Morris, 92, passed away January 15, 2017 in Weatherford, Texas. Leila Laurelle Sharp Morris was born March 14, 1924 in Augusta, Georgia. Laurelle worked for the Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland Oregon as a Registered Dietician for many years until her retirement in 1994. During the many faithful years of service to the hospital and her patients, Laurelle grew very strong in her relationship with our Lord and Savior. Laurelle was confirmed and long member of the Episcopal Diocese. Laurelle was also a member of the Springtown Order of Eastern Star No. 498 for nine years. Laurelle is survived by her daughter, Sandra Harper and her husband Tim of Weatherford, TX; her son, Ray D. Morris and his wife Linda of Gaston, South Carolina; her grandchild, Angel Mendes and husband, Scott of Weatherford, TX; her great grandchildren; Kaden, Jorden, Kolton Mendes of Weatherford, TX. Other family members include Robbie and Amy Harper of Garland, TX; Rodney and Shana Harper of Lake Jackson; Chase, Rusty and Jeanette Harper; Brother-in-law Bill Morris and wife, Karen; sister-in-law's, Janie Weaver and husband Bob, Mae and Fredna Morris of Lexington, SC. Laurelle is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters and her husband, Lewis Morris.
