Lee Ramon Thompson, Jr. was born on November 13, 1942, to his parents Lee and Lela, and returned to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on June 16, 2015. Lee met and later married his wife, Harriett, on September 13, 1970 in Lancaster, California. He worked as a truck driver for James D. Vandever for twenty years.
Lee is survived by his wife, Harriett Thompson, of Richland Hills, Texas, his son, Vearl Williams, of Austin, Texas, his daughter, Linda Wortham, of Springtown, Texas, his son, Stuart Williams, of Azle, Texas, his daughter, Christina Humphries, of Haltom City, Texas, his son, Lee Thompson, III, of White Settlement, Texas, his sister, Maudine Perry, of Roseburg, Oregon, his sister, Carolyn Doyle, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his nephew, Johnny Randolph, of Stockton, California, his niece, Susie Randolph, of Stockton, California, and thirteen grandchildren, along with countless friends.
Lee is preceded in death by his father, Lee Ramon Thompson, Sr., and his mother, Lela Perry-Thompson.
A funeral service will be held at Agnes Baptist Church on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM, under the direction of Roberts Family Affordable Funeral Home.
Lee will be truly and deeply missed, but never forgotten, as we will always hold him dearly in our hearts.
