Lillie May Bunton Shannon 1930- 2016 Lillie May Bunton Shannon, 85, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Lillie was known by most as Lillie May, known by many as Aunt Lulu May, and known by those closest to her as Momma. Lillie was born September 2, 1930 to her parents, Arthur Franklin Brown and Etta Mae Brown. Lillie enjoyed dancing, sewing, and homemaking. Lillie loved her Lord and Savior and her family. Lillie is survived by husband, William "Bill" Shannon; her daughter, Teresa Golden and husband Jim; her daughter, Sandi Foster and husband Craig; her son, Floyd Bunton Jr and Darlin Lopez; her step-son William "Dub" Shannon Jr.; her eight grandchildren; her thirteen great-grandchildren; her brother-in-love Carl David Houk; numerous nieces and nephews. Lillie is preceded in death by her parents Arthur Franklin Brown and Etta Mae Brown; her husband of 38 years, Floyd Iven Bunton. The family would like to express appreciation to four very special ladies and wonderful caregivers Kellie Gann, Echo Miller, Joanne Bahr, and Diana Gray. Lillie will be deeply missed and always in our hearts.
