Linda LaVale Weaver Cunningham received her eternal rest June 21, 2022 in Weatherford, Texas.  Linda was born in Mineral Wells, Texas January 6, 1946 and was 76 years old at her passing.

Linda is preceded in death by her father and mother, Sam Houston and Georgia Mae Weaver, Grandmother Nina Marcella Salter and many Aunts and Uncles.  She is survived by her sister Freda Weaver (Randy) Dorin, sons Todd Wayne (Joni) Baker, Brian Keith Riggs, David Scott (Kristen) Cunningham and daughters Julie Diane (David) Church, Amy Michele (Jeremy) Cribbs eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren, Aunt Liz, many loved cousins and extended family.

She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and graduate of Tarleton State University, Linda taught elementary education, loved her students and fellow educators.  She was a friend to many with her outgoing personality. She passionately cared for her pets, enjoyed classic movies, spending afternoons working with jigsaw puzzles and garage sales. Linda loved skittles, music and, of course, she was a lifelong Elvis fan.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM August 6th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 2251 Bethel Road, Weatherford, Texas.  In lieu of flowers we invite you to donate to your local ASPCA.
