Obituary

Lydia Rodriguez August 31, 1988 – November 10, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lydia Rodriguez, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who left this world far too soon on November 10, 2025, at the age of 37. Lydia was born on August 31, 1988, in South Lake Tahoe, California, and throughout her life, she radiated warmth, joy, and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Lydia's vibrant spirit was impossible to miss. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered—her laughter was contagious, her smile unforgettable, and her heart endlessly generous. A true people person, Lydia never met a stranger. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, seen, and loved. Her circle of friends was ever-growing, a testament to her open heart and the genuine kindness she carried with her every day.

A passionate lover of life, Lydia found joy in so many things. She was an avid football fan, especially when it came to her favorite team, the New York Giants. Whether cheering on a game, dancing to her favorite songs, or cooking up a delicious meal for her family, Lydia embraced every moment with enthusiasm and love. Music was always playing in her home—her soundtrack to life—and dancing was one of her purest joys. Her kitchen was a place of laughter and comfort, where she poured her heart into every meal, especially when cooking for her boys.

Family was at the center of Lydia's world. She was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Ryan Rodriguez, and a proud, nurturing mother to her sons Hunter Sullivent, Alexander and Jacob Williams, and Remiel Rodriguez. Her love for them knew no bounds; they were her greatest pride and her deepest joy.

Lydia is also survived by her beloved mother, Martha Nayares; her sisters, Cynthia Nayares Beas and husband Pablo Haida, and Erika N. Beas and husband Rafael Gonzales; her sister-in-law, Tiffany Rodriguez and wife Dana Ferrara Rodriguez; and her father- and mother-in-law, Raul and Velma Rodriguez. She was a cherished aunt to Celeste Haidar, Natalie Haidar, Pablo Haidar Jr., Aaron Haidar, and Penelope Rodriguez, all of whom adored her dearly.

Lydia's love for her family and friends was boundless, and her presence will continue to be felt in the countless lives she touched. Her laughter, compassion, and zest for life will be remembered always.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Lydia's life during a Visitation on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the same location, with burial to follow at Azleland Cemetery.

Though Lydia's time on earth was far too brief, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Her spirit, as radiant as her smile, will continue to guide and inspire her family and friends in the days ahead.

"Those we love don't go away; they walk beside us every day—unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, and forever dear."
