Manuel Velasquez 1960 ~ 2018 Manuel passed away May 2, 2018 in Fort Worth. Manuel was born to his parent Emilio and Ofelia on September 18, 1960 in Fresno, California. Manuel will be remembered as a loving father, brother, uncle and so much more to so many people. Manuel enjoyed being around his family and loved ones. Manuel worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed the freedom and adventure that the open road provided. He also enjoyed hunting when he had the opportunity. He like wrestling and other sport especially his favorite team, "The Dallas Cowboys". Manuel took pride in dress and appearance and always kept a fresh pair of Stacie Adams. Manuel leaves behind his son, Daniel "Reagan" Velasquez; his sister, San Juanita Velasquez Vela and husband Ruben; his nieces, Lisa, Christina, and Anabelle; his aunt, Ruth Casillas along with many loving family members and dear friends. Even though Manuel has passed, his legacy lives on through the lives that were impacted through Organ Donation. Though the family is saddened by their loss, they find comfort in knowing Heaven has another Angel to look over them. A visitation will be held on May 10, 2018 from 5pm to 8pm at Roberts Family Funeral Home Chapel located at 5025 Jacksboro Hwy Fort Worth, Texas 76114. Funeral services will be held on May 11, 2018 at 2pm at the Azleland Memorial Chapel located at 850 North Cardinal Road Azle, Texas 76020.
