Mitchell Lee Cone

April 12, 1963 – August 19, 2018

Mitchell Lee Cone passed away on August 19, 2018. Mitchell was born in Lake Worth, Texas on April 12, 1963 to his parents, Edward Wolfe Cone and Lena Mae Eckert.

Upon graduation High School, Mitchell enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in the reserves. Mitchell graduated from Tarleton State University and spent his career working for a variety of Technical Institutions. He married Traci Nash on June 28, 2002. In 2004 they started their family; Hannah was the light of his life.

Mitchell is survived by his loving wife, Traci Cone; his daughters, Hannah Cone, Cyra Nash; his son, Cody Nash; one grandson, Keagan; his mother, Lena Darrough; his sister, Linda Sutherland; his brother, Michael Cone and wife Cindy; eight nieces and nephews; along with many other loving family members and dear friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Cone; his sister, Patty Cone; his brother, Mark Cone.

Mitchell will be laid to rest at the Dallas- Fort Worth National Cemetery in honor of his service to our country.
