Nancy Karen Bolton 1952-2016 Nancy Karen Bolton,64, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, passing away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on October 1, 2016. She was born on October 1, 1952 in Dallas, Texas to Guy and Marianne Thomas. Karen spent childhood in California but grew up in Arlington, Texas graduating from Arlington High School in 1970. Karen was a homemaker in the truest sense of the word. She was a devoted loving mother and wife and made caring for her family her highest priority. Karen was a Christian and enjoyed every blessed day of the life God gave her. A memorial service honoring Karen will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Sand Flat Baptist Church, 4216 E. FM 4, Cleburne, Texas, 76031. Relatives and friends are encourage to attend Karen's Celebration of Life Ceremony. The family request any memorial donations to be made to the Sand Flat Baptist Church and/or the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, 800 W. Magnolia Ave., Fort Worth, Texas, 76104. Karen was preceded in death by her father, Guy Thomas. Survivors: Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 42 years, Jerry Bolton; son, Matt Bolton and wife Lauren; mother, Marianne Lowery; brothers, Sam and Kyle Thomas; sister, Pam Ward; the Bolton and Peacock families and a host of many other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
