In Loving memory of Pearl K. Farmer 1936-2024
A beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Second Mom to many. She touched many lives and will be sorely missed. She was the "Neighborhood Mom" to many kids in the Sunshine Harbor Neighborhood and beyond she left a legacy of Empathy and Kindness everywhere she went. Pearl was an excellent cook, she would make a gourmet meal for a whole tribe out of just a few ingredients.
Pearl's annual Christmas Candy and Baking was well known among her family, friends and co-workers. Pearl's kids, Grandkids and Great Grandkids helping her in making most of her treats, especially her Christmas cookies (Her Dear Friend Ardene's recipe from the early 70's)
Granddaughter Shae-Lyn has been taking over under Pearl's watchful eye over the last several years as she was not able to do most of this on her own.
Preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Alta (Berney) Beyer; Sisters, Donna Gaek, Mary Logan, Bea Woods, Norma Benedict, Patsy Spencer; and Brother, Ron Beyer.
First Husband SSGT Dennis Anderson who was killed in Vietnam and Son Dennis Jr. and honorary son Stanley Chambers.
Pearl is survived by her husband of 55 years Robert Farmer; her children, Patricia Mills, Danette Thompson (Steve), Pamela Shropshire (Kevin) and Dustin Farmer; Grandchildren, Kristi Lowe (Derek), John Thompson, Ethan Shropshire (Melanie) and Amber Wooten (Ronnie);The Greats, Shae-lyn, Logan, Hezekiah, Reese, Aidyn, Laney, Hunter, Hayden, Asher and Casen; Sister, Dorothy White, and Brother, Larry Beyer; and many much loved Nieces, Nephews and extended family including honorary family Teresa, Kelsie, Ashton and Skylar Chambers.
