1961 - 2024

Pete John Witt of Lake Worth passed away on his birthday, June 3, 2024. He was 63 years old. Born in Elgin, IL, Pete moved to Artesia, NM in the mid-80s, then to Arlington, TX in the early 90s, finally settling in Lake Worth, TX. A mechanic by trade, he could always be found working on a motor of some kind. He had a big heart and never passed up an opportunity to help others in need. Pete is preceded in death by his mother, Sue Witt; his two brothers, Steve and Mike Witt; his two sisters, Debbie Hamilton and Polly Joyce; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all. Rest in peace.
