Phyllis Irene Beitz of Fort Worth, Texas passed away January 16, 2017. Phyllis was born April 21, 1931 to her parents, Stephen Fenner Bullard and Zadie Jane Hadlock in Wray, Colorado.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Stephen Max Voltmann along with many other loving family members and friends.
