Born to Jessie Wayne Rowan and Pansy Lorene Thouvenel-Rowan, she was destined to leave an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Sadly, on January 14, 2024, in North Richland Hills, Texas, Phyllis bid farewell to her earthly journey. Family was the cornerstone of Phyllis's existence. Her devotion to her husband, Michael O'Brien, was unwavering. She found profound joy and purpose in the laughter of her grandchildren and the innocence of her great-grandchildren. Their gatherings were adorned with love, creating timeless memories that will forever echo in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Beyond the warmth of familial bonds, Phyllis embraced various passions that colored her life. To honor and celebrate Phyllis's life, a funeral service will be held at Beacon Baptist Church on January 23, 2024, at 2 PM.
