The Lord called Ruth Briggs home on April 12, 2021.  Born in Detroit, Michigan on April 14, 1928, Ruth enjoyed her growing up years surrounded by a large, loving extended family and attending the Church of God. The second chapter of her life was spent in Albuquerque, New Mexico raising her children and attending the Nazarene Church. Moving to Texas to live with her daughter, she began the third chapter of her life as a Secretary, from which she retired at the age of 80. She dedicated her life to being a mother, homemaker and serving the Lord Ruth reunites with two of her children, David Briggs and Patti Sue Briggs; her parents; and brother Robert W White in heaven Her loving legacy will live on through her other children, daughter Sherry Briggs of Texas and son Mike Briggs and wife Debbie of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since this is my last "post" ever, I'd like to say, " hope you will choose to follow Jesus.  Jesus loves you."
