Sally Dee Reese
1963 - 2017
Sally Dee Reese passed away January 19, 2017 to be with our Lord and Savior in Eternal Kingdom of Heaven. Sally was born October 1, 1963 in Fort Worth, Texas to her parents, James Bradford Parker Jr. and Bonnie Sharron Duff.
Sally grew up in Lakeside, Texas where she spent a lot of time on Lake Worth at her grandparent's house. Sally was always on the water. She loved fishing and all water sporting activities. Many of us will remember a quote that she often said, "Just take me fishing". Sally was very active in high school participating in many activities. Sally was the school mascot, cheerleader, voted most friendly, homecoming court and choir. Sally had a beautiful voice and was recognized with numerous awards including State UIL Soloist along with several others. Sally graduated from Azle High School in 1981. Sally worked as a property manager at the Water Garden Place. Later, Sally would go on to work for UPS warehouse until her passing. Sally had a big heart and loved animals. She was known to rescue and nurse them back to health. Sally took care of them as if they were her children.
Sally is survived by her mother, Bonnie Black and her husband, Tom; her father, Jim Parker and his wife, Carolyn; her brother, Jimmy Parker III and his wife, Tammy; her step-brother, David Alexander; her step-sister, Susan Kennedy; her nephews, Zachary, Jacob and Seth Parker; many cousins and other loving family members and friends. Sally is preceded in death by her beloved grandparents.
We will miss Sally and forever hold her memory in our hearts.
