Sheri Long-Eaton 1962 - 2016 Sheri Long-Eaton left this world September 8, 2016 to be with our Lord and Savior in the Eternal Kingdom of Heaven. We mourn the loss of a loved one, but we celebrate a life lived and the impact that Sheri had on all of our lives. Sheri was born September 23, 1962 to her parents, Robert Dale Long and Carole Jeanne Gorman-Turk in Atlanta, Georgia. Sheri was a very active and social person whose company was enjoyed by all. Some of Sheri's social activities included the Keno Club and Trivia at Fred's. Sheri loved watching and supporting her favorite sports teams as well as NASCAR. Sheri leaves behind her sons, Justin and Tyler Eaton; her parents, Carole and James Turk; her sister, Kristy Conklin; her niece, Brittany Conklin; her nephew, Nicholas Conklin; her boyfriend, Tom Wakeham; her best friend, Dalee Hurtik; her loving dog and cat, Cassie and Kitty Kitty along with many other loving family members and friends. Sheri is preceded in death by her father, Robert Long and grandparents, Norma and James Gorman.
