Stella Louise Parson, 59, devoted wife, mother, and Meme Doodle departed this Earth on Thursday May 17, 2018. Stella was born on November 3, 1958 in Fort Worth, TX to Johnnie and Dorothy Pool. They both preceded her in death. In 1987, Stella met her husband and partner in this life, Lloyd "Sonny" Parson. Their love for one another was apparent to everyone they met, and inspired many. Stella was a wonderful mother and best friend to her five daughters: Charlotte, Mitchell and husband Davin, Jo Ann Richard and husband William, Stephanie Leathers and husband Jason, Sonya McDaniel and husband Jeremy, Kara Rhodes and husband Andrew. Stella's most cherished role in this world was being a Meme to her twelve grandbabies: Robyn 27, Janine 19, Avery 18, Haevyn 16, Ryland 15, Caleb 12, Harley 12, Cree 11, Melissa 10, Heidi 5, Liam 5, Seth 5 Stella also leaves behind her Aunt, Gloria Adams and husband Donnie, her sisters Charlotte Pool, Brenda Elder and husband Bobby, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Stella loved elephants, spoiling her grandbabies, coffee, CoCo Chanel perfume, and going to Winstar. Stella was a friend to anyone who met her. She had a big heart and saw the good in everyone. Her smile was infectious. She was a beautiful human who will be missed by many. Services for Stella will be held in the chapel at Azleland Memorial Park and Cemetery, 850 North Cardinal Road, Azle, TX 76020 Viewing will be May 24,2018 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Friday May 25, 2018 at 10 a.m. with a morning viewing from 9-10a.m. Committal service following the funeral will be a private service for spouse and children only.
