Stephen Forman 1954 - 2017 Stephen Forman passed away August 27, 2017 to be with our Lord and Savior. Stephen was born July 17, 2017 to his parents, Herbert Vernon Foreman and Claudia Faye Buchanan-Forman in Fort Worth, Texas. Stephen will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Julie along with many loving family members and friends. We are saddened by the loss of Stephen but we comforted in knowing that he is at peace.
