Steven Charley Meek 1968-2016 Steven Meek of Springtown, TX passed away on July 25, 2016. Steven was born April 26, 1968 to his parents, Olin Charley Meek and Barbara Joy Mead in Dallas, TX. Steven worked as a wildlife biologist where he brought laughter, joy, and compassion to everyone he in contact with. Steven never met a stranger and was a very active and energetic father and son. Steven was very strong willed, as determination and grit were only a few of his personality traits. Family meant everything to Steven, always spending his time with them. Steven had a big family and was proud of each and every one of them. Steven is survived by his father, Olin Charley Meek and many, many other loving family and friends. While the family is greatly saddened by Steven's leaving this earth, they rejoice and celebrate his new beginning with our Lord and Savior in his new home in the eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
